with dave e, amy, kelsey, dan. literally hit the wall on teh 4th round of thrusters. heart beat irregular, all muscles cramping. 4th run brutal. 5th round thrusters were singles, doubles, unbelievably hard. 5th round run, could not breathe. lungs collapsin. what it takes to purge the last of this congestion, the lactic acid, and start the fire back up. welcome back.
