push-ups were horrible, 20 on the first set, set 3 and 4 only did like 7 on first set.
could drop to 20 push-ups and when able to go unbroken, then 25 unbroken, then 30 unbroken etc
2/8/09 - 12:54 , left the realm of high intensity training due to broken sets of push-ups. Next time reduce number of push-ups to 20 and increase rounds to 5.
