This is my workout log.
Curious about the switch from BW to 1/2BW. Was that to keep up the tempo? Or were legs getting fried?
ReplyDeleteOn rd. 2 , the body weight squats were leaving me to fried to do very many reps in a row of the leaping and air sqs.
ReplyDeletePhil had me switch because I think he was wantign closer to the 2:00 per rd time and the time was going to go way up if i stayed at bw.
