I was glad to get this one done. The last time I remember doing this I tried it with a vest and crashed and burned. I've got a long way to go, but I have come very far. Getting where I can do all CrossFit Workouts as RX'd is beaing achieved one day a time. Progress is steady, consistent, healthy, long term.
