2nd wod of the day, 2 hours after setting a PR on Fran
08/26/09, CFP, 1645 thr 1915 - 9 rounds. Doesn't count had to break in the middle for 2 hours. Had 4 rds done in 7:21 then the 2 hour break. Also sub'd 8 pull-ups and 8 dips for mu's.
