Yes, first time doing this. I like! I went deep every landign into a lunge position, 90 degree angle on front and back leg, shoulder width. I wanted the benefit of the coordination and timing. I alternated legs per round. IE round 1 left foot forward. round 2 right foot forward, split the last round in 1/2. you like these?
Is this your first time landing in split position? How deep did you land and how did it go? Oh, and did you alternate feet forward when landing?
