12/09/09, CFP, 1100 - 19 rounds, +5 pull-ups, +5push-ups (PR)
10/10/09, CFP, 0930 - 18 rounds, +5 pull-ups, and +4 push-ups. (PR)
Didn't pace myself. Just went for it. will be new approach on most all wod's for the next season.
07/02/09, CFP, 4:30 - 17 rounds. Did this one cold with no warm-up just to mix it up. Did one round on the minute as long as I could, around round 11 couldn't maintain the pace and took a minute off, again around minute 13 and minute 16. 20 total minutes, 17 rounds was/is PR.
