Front Squat
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 60%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 70%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85-90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
06/27/14, CFRV, 1430 - used 285 as calc'd max probably more like 295/300
Set 1 – 3 reps @ 60% = 205
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 70% = 215
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80% = 225
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85-90% = 235
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95% = 245 easy!
