For the most part split pull-ups the same except on 9's I did 3x3 during weight change

Fran- 7,7,7 then 8,7 then 9
last nine was a little rough, maybe 5,4 next time

Fran II - 5,5,5 then 6,6 then 9
5,4 would be better, 9 at 115 too exhausting

Fran III - 4,4,4 then 5,4 then 3,3
bar mu's very tough
