Deadlift Singles After Run 3.5 miles

Immediately after running 3.5 miles, complete deadlift singles to max:

08/15/09,CFP, 0745 - 95, 135, 185, 205, 230, 255, 275, 295, 305
ran out of weight, had a few more in me.

  2. Just playing around with it. Got 4 of the 1st five in. Ran out of weight, ugh, not good. It's the next day and my legs are torched. If I had gotten the wall balls and squat snatches in yesterday, I'm not so sure I would be able to walk. They really hammered those legs at the games.
